Liverpool Play Reading Club is an adult group interested in exploring plays! Each month, the group gets together for an informal read aloud of a chosen play. No experience is necessary. Participants are typically asked to get their own print or electronic copy of the play to bring with them to the meeting. Play reading club happens on the third Saturday of the month, in the Golden Bee Bookshop (the shop is closed to the public).

For March, we’ll be reading “Circle Mirror Transformation” by Annie Baker. Physical copies are available from Concord Theatricals for $13 (click here). A digital version of the play is available for free through Scribd (click here).

Registration is recommended in order to ensure adequate seating.
